QCDesks is provided for authorized construction QA/QC document intake, extraction, tracking, analysis, and reporting. Users must follow their organization's project controls, confidentiality duties, and applicable law.
Your documents
You remain responsible for the documents and data you upload. You must have permission to process them and must not upload unlawful content, malware, or information outside your authorized project scope.
AI-assisted output
QCDesks assists qualified teams; it does not replace professional judgment, consultant approval, contractual notice, or formal project records. References, revisions, quantities, status, comments, and actions must be verified against source documents.
Trials and service plans
Trial limits and available features are shown during signup or agreed directly with QCDesks. Continued paid use, project onboarding, and custom terms may require a separate written agreement.
Account security
Users must keep credentials confidential and notify QCDesks of suspected unauthorized access. Accounts may be restricted when needed to protect users, projects, or the service.
Availability and changes
